Finca Allende was founded in 1995 in Briones, in Spains Rioja appellation. Owned and operated by Miguel Angel de Gregorio and his sister Mercedes, Finca Allende has 55 acres of vineyards. They also buy grapes from local growers. The estates signature wines are its Riojas made primarily of Tempranillo, though some blends also include small amounts of Garnacha and Graciano. Recently Finca Allende has also made white wines using a blend of Viura and Malvaisa grapes.
