Tasting Notes
Elviana is a fresh and vibrant blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Malbec, with aromas of strawberry and cherry and a touch of spicy notes. It has a great structure and complexity with smooth and velvety tannins. The initial impression of the wine on the palate is sweet, and then it rolls into a well-rounded mid-palate where the bright red fruits erupt. Secondary flavors of bakers' chocolate, pomegranate, toast, dried herbs, tobacco and cola are followed by a smooth, lingering finish that is complemented by the natural sweetness and acidity of the wine.
