Tasting Notes
Made using a unique process wherein 50% of the grapes stayed on the skins for nine months, this was aged in neutral French oak. It offers fresh black currant, dried tobacco, herb and green and black olive aromas. The palate is full of light olive and orange peel flavors. Though not immediately identifiable as Cabernet Sauvignon, it's enjoyable all the same.
