Tasting Notes
The M?ller Thurgau grape was created in Germany in 1882 by crossing Riesling with a now-extinct grape called Madeleine Royale. The exotic fruit notes show off the Riesling parentage. Our vineyards are planted at high elevations (700+ meters) at a single Maso (farm) called Ebnicher in Soprabolzano, nestled among the chestnut woods overlooking the city of Bolzano. The view stretches from the Dolomites to the Oltradige (where we grow our Pinot Bianco).
