Today the family business is run by the siblings Loredana, Lorenzo and Roberto. In their vineyards they cultivate only Cannonau, the the traditional variety of the region. They believe in traditional and natural farming methods, with no use of herbicides and pesticides, no irrigation and no use of chemical products. The soils are worked often and weed control is obtained by inviting herds of sheep into the vineyards. Respect for nature is a key word in everything Pusole does.

Tasting Notes
?Intense aromas of wild strawberries, blackberries, red currant and pomegranate with underlying scents of myrtle, aloe and geranium and subtle balsamic hints of eucalypt and liquorice. The taste is full-bodied and smooth, with velvety tannins, a lively acidity and a long-lasting finish.
