The history of the domaine goes back to at least 1652, when it was owned by the Chambellan Family. When a Chambellan daughter married Louis Boisson in 1777 this connected the Boisson family with the property. The Boissons also worked as blacksmiths in the town and got from this the nickname “Caboche” (from the old Provenal word for horseshoe nails).

Tasting Notes
From a high altitude estate in the Vaucluse, this blend of 60% Grenache, 35% Syrah and 5% Cinsault is pale and coppery in hue, yet shows ample richness and weight on the palate. Notes of wet stone, berry and citrus linger on the mouthwatering finish.
